Welcome future digital customer. We at Americable have created this process to try to expedite the conversion of our complete customer base to digital service as soon as possible.

You will need a set top box for each television on which you wish to view the digital channels. The free military does not require a set top box. There will be a deposit required for each box but we will waive that requirement for all customers who sign up for the Auto Credit Card Debit plan.

The process is organized into 3 steps. Step One is to download the paperwork for Auto Credit Card Debit Plan and the Digital Service agreement. Having these forms completed before your scheduled appointment will reduce the time needed to get you in the system.
Step Two is to review the set top box selections and determine how many and what types of boxes you wish to use. In this step you will see a chart with the different types of boxes we offer, required deposit, monthly charge for each type, and features of each box.

Once you have determined what box or boxes are right for you then proceed to Step Three to schedule an appointment to complete the paperwork and pick up your equipment. Please complete the online form and we will contact you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
